Role OverviewAECOM is seeking an accomplished Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex capital projects in Sacramento, California. This role is ideal for a seasoned owner's representative with deep California experience who has successfully managed public works and federal projects from concept through construction.
What You Will Do
The Senior Construction Project Manager will work closely with the Owner through the pre-construction phase, prepare RFQ documents, participate in confidential meetings and conceptual proposal reviews, and assist with the review and scoring of potential Progressive DB teams.

Requirements
- BA/BS plus + 6 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- 15 years of experience, 8 of which must be within California
- Experience in new parking garage construction and office TI type construction
- Experience in the CEQA process
- Experience with the Calfire OSFM
- Experience working on California Public Works or federal projects
- Experience in renovation projects as well as ground-up new construction
- Experience in progressive design-build deliveries
- 8 years as an owner’s representative
