HDR is seeking a Senior Construction Services Program Manager to lead infrastructure development projects and ensure quality, safety, and trust at every step. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, construction services, and public agencies, with a strong technical knowledge and ability to manage teams and clients. The role will involve supervising field teams, managing contracts, and conducting business development activities.

Requirements

  • Professional Engineering License
  • Caltrans or LA Metro experience, either direct or as a consultant
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration or a closely related field
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification
  • AICP Certification
  • CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification
