Requirements

  • Manage in-house and sub-consultant contracts and staff
  • Perform as point person for construction contract oversight
  • Supervise and direct the activities of the field team
  • Maintain healthy relationships with clients and oversight organizations
  • Direct and coordinate the work of single or multidiscipline teams
  • Establish and maintain client relations
  • Conduct work sessions for deliverable development
  • Track financial aspects of projects
  • Implement QA/QC procedures
