Job Description

Requirements
Pursue projects with various public agencies and technically and administratively represent a project owner throughout construction on a variety of public and quasi-public infrastructure projects
Manage in-house and sub-consultant contracts and staff and perform as point person for construction contract oversight
Business development activities with clients to assist with the growth of the Southern California Construction Management/Field Services program and marketing of HDR services to existing and potential clients and teaming partners
Supervise and direct the activities of the field team and maintain healthy relationships with the client and all oversight organizations
Direct and coordinate the work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out)
Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule
Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews
Implement QA/QC procedures
Support the operations oversight of regional projects and staff including managing utilization of staff, and hiring and mentoring and coaching
Review and recommend actions to maintain a positive financial outlook for the business class
Perform other duties as needed
