- Lead end-to-end delivery of Customer 360 initiatives, from requirements gathering through production deployment
- Configure and optimize: Base Objects, Landing & Staging Areas, Match & Merge Rules, Trust Frameworks, Validation Rules, Hierarchy Management, SIF/BES APIs
