Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in Financial Services and a strong finance and accounting background is required to drive complex data-driven initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders. The role requires bilingual skills in English and Spanish, hands-on experience in finance and accounting domains, and expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation, data analysis, and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong background in Financial Services, with hands-on exposure to finance and accounting domains
  • Solid understanding of general ledger concepts, financial controls, and operational accounting
  • Experience mapping financial product lifecycles to accounting and operational systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
