Requirements

- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments
- Defining quick hits, project plans, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), roles and responsibilities, and capabilities
- Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements
- Mentoring junior practitioners
