What You Will Do
Perform financial analysis, identify cost levers, and recommend opportunities. Analyze financial and budgeting processes to improve back-office efficiencies. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field
- 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
- Experience in leveraging modern delivery frameworks and digital collaboration platforms, including Agile Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Confluence
- Experience in developing and documenting internal business services processes and metrics consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies
- Experience in capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Agile methodology
- Experience in working across all phases of the Agile project delivery lifecycle
