Job Description
The Campaign Finance Board is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to join their Operations and Finance division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts and other procurements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, business, or public administration, or a closely related field.
  • One year of satisfactory full-time experience in contract management, accounting, auditing, business administration, or a closely related field.
  • Knowledge of New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, Comptroller Directives, and other federal, state, and local laws.
  • Experience with contract management systems, including Financial Management System (FMS), Procurement and Sourcing Solution Portal (PASSPort), and DCAS OCP platforms.
  • Ability to manage complex contract processes and lifecycles, ensure thorough documentation, and incorporate feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
