Job Description
The Campaign Finance Board is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead procurement actions for CFB divisions and external partners, manage the preparation and review of procurement documents, and oversee the full lifecycle of contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of city government contract management experience
  • Experience managing technology contracts
  • Knowledge of New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, Comptroller Directives, and other federal, state, and local laws
  • Proficiency in conducting FMS 3 procurement & budget inquiries
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to distill complex information and reach different audiences through various communication mediums
