Senior Contracts Manager - Renewable Energy

As a member of the Supply Chain team, the Sr. Contracts Manager will play a crucial role in developing, drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts for our renewable energy projects.

What You Will Do

Manage the end-to-end process of Request for Proposal (RFP) development, evaluation, and selection for renewable energy projects, negotiate and draft construction contracts, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (preferably 10+ years) as a Construction Contracts Manager, with specific expertise in renewable energy sectors
• In-depth knowledge of construction contracts, contract negotiation, and project management principles
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, including solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and wind
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess contractual risks and propose effective mitigation strategies
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
