Role OverviewMSI seeks a Senior Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control environment. Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Controller ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, enhances internal controls, and provides leadership in budgeting, compliance, and financial process improvement.
What You Will Do
Ensure timely and accurate monthly and quarterly close, prepare and review reconciliations, journal entries and accounting estimates, analyze monthly results, variances, and trends, and identify opportunities to improve accounting and operational processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 8-12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience in management and leadership of accounting teams
- Construction industry experience a plus
