Role OverviewThe Senior Controls Engineer will lead and advance the Frankfort plant's controls and electrical capabilities to improve equipment reliability, safety, automation, and operational performance.

Responsibilities include leading technical leadership, continuous improvement, and effective execution of maintenance and capital projects.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in electrical and/or controls engineering, a strong electrical aptitude, and experience with low voltage circuitry.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in an electrical and/or controls engineering field
- Bachelor's in electrical engineering (preferred)
- Strong electrical aptitude and experience with low voltage circuitry (480V)
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Computer literate – preference to SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong technical knowledge in maintenance crafts, possesses mechanical inclination, understanding tools, various equipment
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Compliance with standard operating procedures, legal and other requirements including health and safety, fire protection, environmental, quality, security and continuous improvement programs
