What You Will Do
The Controls Estimating Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting sales by overseeing accurate and competitive project estimates, performing detailed project takeoffs, cost estimation, and subcontractor quote management.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in BAS estimating and DDC controls systems
- 1+ year of experience in commercial HVAC
- Familiarity with Tridium, Distech, and Alerton control systems
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and controls design
- Experience estimating material and labor costs
