Job Description
The City of New York is seeking a Senior Cook to work at the Crossroads Detention Center. The Senior Cook will be responsible for supervising and training Cooks and Institutional Aides, ensuring food is prepared and served in compliance with sanitary codes, and providing professional and courteous service to staff, residents, and co-workers.

Requirements

  • Elementary school graduation plus three years of cooking experience
  • Education and/or experience equivalent to that described above
