Role OverviewAs a Cook 3, you will lead the food preparation, production, and presentation in the kitchen. You will be responsible for managing the cleanliness and sanitation of your work area, supervising and mentoring team members, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. This senior position requires advanced culinary skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage high-stress, high-volume kitchen environments effectively.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include preparing and storing food items, maintaining proper cooking techniques, and presenting daily specials, salads, entrees, and other menu items. You will also assist in menu planning, recipe development, and testing products, and may take charge of a shift in absence of the Sous Chef.
