Role OverviewThe Senior Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Academy's Communications team. You will manage calendars, relay timely and sensitive messages and information, process documents, book travel, support publicity efforts and events, and manage projects as assigned.
What You Will Do
Schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, manage invoices and expense reimbursements, provide logistical and administrative support for internal and external meetings, and respond to press inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum two years of administrative support experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with relational databases (CRM desired)
- Proven work experience in meeting deadlines and remaining flexible to last-minute changes
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
