Role OverviewThe Senior Core Services Caseworker delivers trauma-informed support to refugee clients during their resettlement and post-resettlement periods, as well as to other eligible immigrant populations. The Caseworker is responsible for promoting a positive resettlement experience and helping clients achieve self-sufficiency. This role involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and external partners to create individualized service and self-sufficiency plans.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: client intake, assessment, and planning; pre- and post-arrival coordination; direct support, advocacy, and case management; home visits and community integration; financial assistance and budgeting; documentation and reporting; collaboration and relationship building; client education and workshops; supervision and volunteer engagement; and compliance, ethical standards, and safety.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field of study
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the human services field
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly preferred
- Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the client population is a plus
