Role OverviewAs Senior Corporate Counsel, Supply Chain, you will draft, review, and negotiate commercial and government contracts and oversee legal matters related to Long Wall's supply chain. You will have the opportunity to shape how the legal team provides quick and high-value legal counsel to our stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Draft, negotiate, and/or oversee the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of legal documents, including commercial and government contract documents, non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, leases, licenses, acquisition and disposition agreements, cloud, SaaS, IT, and other licensing agreements, and supplier agreements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar, with the ability to practice or register as in-house counsel in California
- 6+ years of legal experience, including substantial time at a law firm and/or in-house role supporting government contracting
