Role Overview

Bloomberg Intelligence is seeking an experienced analyst to lead research coverage of corporate governance, shareholder activism, proxy contests, and stewardship. The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in corporate governance, activism, securities law, proxy advisory, and capital markets with exceptional analytical and writing skills.

What You Will Do

The role requires translating complex shareholder situations into actionable investment insights for portfolio managers, analysts, and corporate clients. Key responsibilities include analyzing annual meeting agendas, proxy statements, director elections, shareholder proposals, executive compensation votes, and governance structures.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in equity research, shareholder activism, corporate governance, proxy advisory, investment banking, corporate law, or securities litigation.
