Role Overview

The Senior Corporate Paralegal will be a key member of the Legal team, supporting corporate and securities matters, including SEC and international securities filings. This role will involve public company reporting and compliance, special projects, and collaboration with Finance, Investor Relations, and other internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Assist with SEC filings, maintain corporate records, conduct legal research, provide litigation support, and support legal operations initiatives and commercial contract drafting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably with a public company and/or at a law firm supporting public company clients
  • Direct experience supporting SEC filings (e.g., 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Forms 3 and 4, and related disclosure documents)
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance concepts and public company practices
  • Experience organizing and maintaining corporate records, board materials, and entity documentation
  • Comfort handling legal research, document management, and coordination with external counsel
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information clearly and concisely
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborate internally and externally and deliver value across multiple projects simultaneously
