Role OverviewSupports financial planning, reporting, accounting, and business analysis processes necessary to support Company objectives. Ensures all financial reports and analyses comply with appropriate accounting principles and company policies, accurately reflect the condition of business, and provide reliable information necessary to control operations.
What You Will Do
Prepares and analyzes cost reports daily, weekly, and monthly, including Material Use Variances (MUV) analysis and labor performance tracking. Supports new item setup and costing of bill of materials (BOM’s). Assists with month end close and reporting.

Requires 4+ years of previous work in Finance or Cost Accounting, preferably with an emphasis in manufacturing. Proficient in SAP/SAP S4 HANA, Power BI tools and Analytics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must work effectively with all levels of management and employees.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
