Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Controller to implement, administer, and maintain cost control systems and procedures for projects of medium complexity and value. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in cost management roles in the construction industry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry.
  • Experience supporting cost management on medium or large sized construction projects.
  • Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in Life Science Construction preferred.
