Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a large-scale, multi-site data center construction program. The ideal candidate will have strong construction cost management experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to operate in a client-facing environment while supporting complex capital projects from preconstruction through closeout.
What You Will Do
Prepare and maintain project estimates, cost plans, and budgets throughout design and construction. Review, evaluate, and negotiate change orders and contractor pricing. Perform quantity surveying, cost validation, and construction cost control activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Cost Management, or a related construction discipline
- 5-7+ years of experience in construction cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or related roles
- Experience delivering medium to large-scale construction projects; mission-critical, industrial, advanced technology, or data center experience is highly desirable
- Construction consultancy experience preferred
- RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is preferred
