Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical data center construction project. This role will serve as a key client-facing position, providing cost management, commercial guidance, and quantity surveying services throughout the project lifecycle to help ensure successful project delivery.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include estimating and negotiating change orders, providing estimating, cost planning, and commercial management services, reviewing and participating with design teams and contractors in the development of project cost estimates, and reconciling changes and assisting contractors in validating quantity and pricing information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction discipline
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project controls within the construction industry
  • Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale construction projects, preferably within mission-critical, data center, industrial, commercial, or other complex construction environments
  • Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred
  • RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation is preferred
  • Good understanding of construction industry technical matters, including estimating, procurement strategies, value management, value engineering, and change management
  • Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
