Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to support a large-scale, multi-phase hospitality and entertainment development in the Bakersfield, CA area. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in construction cost management
  • Experience supporting medium to large-scale, complex construction projects (hospitality, hotel, entertainment, or related sectors)
  • Construction consultancy experience
  • Working toward or holding RICS accreditation
  • Strong understanding of procurement strategies, value management, and cost control practices
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project workstreams
