Advise clients, draft and review employment documents, provide proactive counseling and risk mitigation strategies, support and direct litigation strategy, and build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements
- 8+ years of labor & employment law experience
- Strong background in both defense litigation and employer counseling
- Must be active and in good standing with any state bar though NY is preferred
- Law firm experience is preferred but in-house experience will also be considered
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
