Role OverviewOcrolus is seeking a Senior Counsel to join its legal team, supporting an AI-powered document automation platform trusted by over 400 fintech, mortgage, and banking organizations. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role is central to the company’s commercial operations and growth.
What You Will Do
Independently manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, advise product and engineering teams on AI/ML, data privacy, and financial services compliance, and contribute to corporate governance and process development.

Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5+ years of experience in commercial law, preferably in a fintech or financial services company
