Role OverviewAs the Senior Counsel or Assistant General Counsel – Corporate, you will be responsible for advising on corporate matters, leading Hines' global corporate secretarial function, and supervising entity formation, maintenance, restructuring, and dissolution across jurisdictions.
What You Will Do
Support corporate structuring for U.S. investment vehicles, joint ventures, and Hines' internal corporate structure. Manage corporate governance processes, approvals, records, resolutions, and filings. Partner with internal legal, tax, finance, compliance, fund, and business teams on corporate matters.

Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Seven or more years of experience in US corporate law, entity management, corporate governance or corporate administration
- Prior people management experience, including coaching, mentoring and performance management
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in at least one U.S. state; Texas licensure preferred
- Strong academic credentials from a top tier institution
