Job Description
Fluidstack is looking for an exceptional senior real estate attorney to define how they transact for and support their rapidly growing real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience and will be responsible for structuring, drafting, negotiating, and advising on the full range of real estate transactions critical to Fluidstack's delivery of world-class infrastructure.

Requirements

  • JD or international equivalent; active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 8–12 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound, commercially pragmatic judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage outside counsel relationships effectively

Benefits

  • Generous salary range: $350,000 - $500,000 per year
