Role Overview

The Senior Court Operations Consultant works independently planning, implementing, and managing Dependency Court Improvement Program projects. The position supervises and directs the work of staff on a variety of problem-solving court technical assistance activities; evaluates and recommends methods for providing the delivery of dependency court services; and coordinates, facilitates, and conducts training programs for judges, court staff, and child welfare stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Provides project management for federal dependency court improvement projects. Provides staff support to the Dependency Court Improvement Panel and Steering Committee on Families and Children in the Court. Oversees technical assistance activities for dependence problem-solving courts. Provides direct supervision to and oversees the work of staff members. Provides staff support on continuous quality improvement strategies for Dependency Court Improvement Program.

Six years of related work experience, including two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, is also required.
