Role OverviewWe're looking for a Creative Director to lead creative for AIX at Microsoft. The ideal candidate will have a world-class art direction, storytelling instincts, and a real connection to culture. This is a rare hybrid role that requires the taste and craft of a world-class art director, the instincts of a storyteller, and the leadership of someone who's run creative teams before.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include setting the creative vision for AI Experiences, art directing at the highest level, staying hands-on with the craft, leading and growing a visually-focused creative team, and shaping story and language alongside the visuals.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field
- 7+ years experience working in product or service design
- 5+ years people management experience
