Role OverviewThe CRE Credit Risk Team Lead is responsible for proactively communicating with Loan Officers and Credit Portfolio Managers during the underwriting, approval, and portfolio management processes. They review and circulate credit packages, underwrite complex new loan requests, and coordinate with Commercial Loan Officers and Direct Reports. The role involves preparing effective packages for credit approval circulation, obtaining and monitoring loan portfolio reports, and ensuring credits are accurately risk rated and properly monitored.
What You Will Do
The CRE Credit Risk Team Lead will be responsible for completing performance evaluations, reviewing and approving timecards, and managing and tracking covenants, borrowing bases, and A-R Ageing for their accounts. They will also assist in preparing quarterly CLMR reports, advise Lenders on Credit Policy and related Procedures/Forms, and conduct annual site visits and attend loan closings.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of seven years of experience in a commercial lending environment in a credit-oriented and underwriting position

- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
