Requirements

  • 5–8 years in support operations or a customer-facing leadership role with meaningful time at a fintech, HRIS, or payroll platform
  • Deep knowledge of payroll, including debugging tax filing errors, untangling multi-state compliance issues, and explaining garnishments to HR admins
  • Ability to hold people accountable without losing them and to communicate with precision at every level
  • Data-fluency, product-mindset, and a bias towards action
