Warp is an AI-native employee management platform that runs itself. The company is looking for a Senior Customer Experience Manager to lead the support org and build a team that delivers great customer experiences.
Requirements
5–8 years in support operations or a customer-facing leadership role with meaningful time at a fintech, HRIS, or payroll platform
Deep knowledge of payroll, including debugging tax filing errors, untangling multi-state compliance issues, and explaining garnishments to HR admins
Ability to hold people accountable without losing them and to communicate with precision at every level
Data-fluency, product-mindset, and a bias towards action
