Job Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Abnormal AI, you are responsible for nurturing and growing customer relationships, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with customer value objectives. The role involves a customer-centric approach, proactively resolving issues, and advocating for platform adoption. This position requires a strategic understanding of customer needs and a strong focus on building lasting relationships within the enterprise environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a CSM capacity, with 6+ yrs. experience in an enterprise SaaS product support environment
  • Strong experience with building and developing long-lasting executive-level relationships (including with CISO’s and CIO’s)
  • Action-oriented, with the ability to quickly assess and integrate inputs across functions
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to introduce and review new product features
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Previous experience with Internet and networking technologies
  • Well versed with using case management systems and CRM’s (e.g., SFDC / JIRA)
