Job Description
Fastr is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic e-commerce customers and drive net revenue retention, gross retention, and expansion ARR. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a hybrid CSM/AM role at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven commercial track record and experience working within e-commerce or retail technology.
