Xello is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with schools and support student success initiatives. The role involves managing client partnerships, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring client adoption of the Xello platform. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor and have a deep understanding of educational systems and CTE.

Requirements

  • Former educator or district leader in Pennsylvania with experience in counseling, CTE, CCR, or K-12 leadership.
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or strategic program oversight in education or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and self-directed.
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce, G Suite, and virtual collaboration tools.
