Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with customer success and sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle
  • Must reside in the United States and work within PT–ET core hours
