Job Description
Orum is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager in the United States to own the full post-sale journey, from onboarding to expansion and renewals. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, providing guidance, and proactively addressing challenges to help them achieve growth and operational excellence. The position offers remote work while contributing to a high-performing, mission-driven team.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Customer Success within a B2B SaaS environment
Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts and driving measurable customer outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical skills
Hands-on experience with customer success and sales tools
Ability to work independently and proactively
Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle
Must reside in the United States and work within PT–ET core hours
