Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager (Owner’s Representative) to lead commissioning and MEP coordination efforts for a large-scale hyperscale data center project in San Jose, California. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader and proactive problem solver with deep experience in MEP systems commissioning, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring all systems are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in commissioning management and MEP coordination (data center or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success representing the Owner’s interests across multi-disciplinary teams and complex project phases
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC practices, FATs, and integrated systems testing
  • Familiarity with VDC tools, commissioning documentation platforms, and workflow management systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills — with the ability to drive accountability across diverse teams
  • Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills — capable of identifying root causes and driving sustainable solutions
