Role OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer to direct threat defense, shape cloud architecture, and lead incident response across a modern tech stack. The role involves architecting and enforcing Zero Trust principles, enterprise hardening, and DLP controls. The engineer will also direct incident response engagements, root-cause analyses, and playbook development.

Requirements

- Deep technical mastery securing Microsoft Azure cloud environments and enterprise virtualization/container platforms (VMware, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven leadership in mentoring technical personnel and managing complex, cross-functional security projects
- Outstanding executive-level communication skills with the ability to articulate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders
