Role OverviewThe Senior Data Analyst is responsible for transforming NASBA data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making, operational performance, and measurable business outcomes. This role partners closely with business unit leaders, Information Technology, and external partners to understand business questions, define analytical requirements, and deliver accurate, timely, and useful reporting and analytics products.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining dashboards, reports, scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions using Power BI and other approved tools, analyzing data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, root causes, and performance drivers, and presenting findings through concise narratives, visualizations, and executive-level summaries.

- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex data findings to nontechnical audiences
- Working knowledge of analytics, AI, and emerging data technologies
- Experience working with external vendors, consultants, or managed-service providers
- Understanding of data governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI principles
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively across business and technical teams
