Role OverviewThe Senior Data Analyst will lead and manage research projects that assess and improve department policies and programs through data analysis, collaboration with management, and comprehensive reporting. This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.
What You Will Do
The Senior Data Analyst will oversee projects to evaluate the effectiveness of department policies, procedures, and programs, identifying areas for management improvement and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion. The position will also conduct exploratory statistical analysis, develop hypotheses, and present findings to senior management.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of professional experience analyzing data and computer programming, as well as prior experience writing programs, queries, or formulas using SAS and experience with criminal justice data.
