Role OverviewAs a Senior Data Analyst on the New Account Risk team, you will help protect Chime's enrollment funnel from fraud while ensuring every legitimate applicant gets a fast, frictionless path to membership. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Operations, digging into data to spot emerging fraud patterns and turning your findings into policies, dashboards, and recommendations the team can act on.
What You Will Do
Your work will directly support the team's two headline goals for 2026: improving the Funnel Enrollment Rate (FER) and reducing the post-enrollment synthetic identity theft rate. You will analyze enrollment and application data to identify opportunities to reduce synthetic identity and ID theft losses, with minimal impact to legitimate applicants.
