Role OverviewThe Senior Data Analyst, Perkins Reporting will spend 70% of working time focused on Postsecondary Career and Technical Education (CTE) data processes and reporting. The role involves using SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, merge, and validate HEI and non-HEI datasets for the purposes of Postsecondary CTE processes. The position serves as technical lead for data area procedures and policies for CTE related programming to career center staff, campus staff, ODHE staff, and public at-large.
What You Will Do
The Senior Data Analyst, Perkins Reporting will use SQL, Python, and R to extract, clean, merge, and validate HEI and non-HEI datasets for the purposes of Postsecondary CTE processes. The role involves developing reproducible scripts, automated processes, and documentation to support ongoing state and federal reporting. The position also involves conducting research and analyzing data from HEI and national higher education data sources using SQL, Python, or R.
