Role OverviewAs a Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing data integration strategies and solutions for complex projects or business issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop solutions to support a continually evolving construction organization. You will also oversee a team of 2-4 employees and manage staffing, including recruitment, communication of job expectations, supervision, employee development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include designing and developing data integration strategies and solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing and automating data flow, organizing data and optimizing data retrieval, determining requirements for data design, creating roles and procedures to ensure data integrity and security, and developing and maintaining data warehouses.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in computer science or computer/management information systems
- 7-10 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive experience maintaining and supporting production systems and infrastructure
- Highly skilled at SQL administration and database design
- Experience with SharePoint and Power Apps suite, especially Power BI
