Role OverviewAs a Senior Data Center Construction Manager, you will lead the full construction lifecycle from pre-construction through turnover, ensuring Switch data center facilities are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational readiness. This role operates with significant autonomy and reports to the Director of Construction.
What You Will Do
Lead construction execution for large-scale data center projects, establish and enforce a strong safety culture, conduct regular safety walks, serve as the primary on-site leader for contractors and trade partners, and coordinate with various teams.

Requirements
- 10+ years of construction management experience
- Experience delivering large-scale data center or other critical infrastructure projects
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and IT systems within mission-critical facilities
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and contractor performance
- Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore
