Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Data Center Construction Manager to oversee the base building and MEP infrastructure of data centers. This role involves project oversight, schedule management, risk evaluation, tenant fit-out integration, quality assurance, design coordination, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong project management, technical, and budget management skills.

Requirements

  • Heavy knowledge of base building data center construction- civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing.
  • Project management for startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strategic planning expertise.
  • Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
