Role OverviewAs a Senior Data Engineer at GDIT, you will design, build, and operate enterprise-grade data pipelines supporting ingestion, transformation, movement, and storage across various enclaves. You will architect scalable frameworks using Apache Airflow, Kafka, AWS Glue, Databricks, and Spark to deliver automated, fault-tolerant flows aligned with mission requirements.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include establishing medallion-architecture zones, implementing data quality monitoring capabilities, applying encryption and IAM policies, and leading engineering of self-service connection utilities.
