What You Will Do
Validate data at every migration hop, review Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents, write complex SQL to verify transformation logic, and validate Salesforce relational integrity post-load.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (CS, IS, Business, or related)
- 5+ years with SQL Server, Salesforce Service Cloud, and data conversion testing/validation
- advanced SQL (complex joins, CTEs, window functions, profiling)
- Salesforce data architecture and SOQL fluency
- legacy data literacy (fixed-width flat files, EBCDIC-to-ASCII validation)
- Python/Pandas or advanced Excel/Power Query for automated cross-system comparison
- AI experience a plus
