Requirements

  • Significant experience within Debt Capital Markets, investment banking, syndicate, or broader capital markets environments
  • Strong understanding of capital markets products, transaction execution, and debt financing structures
  • Proven ability to operate effectively within lean or entrepreneurial platforms
  • FINRA licensing including SIE, Series 7, Series 79, and Series 63 preferred or in progress
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; advanced credentials considered an asset
